UK Supreme Court grants Allison Bailey permission to appeal in her case against Stonewall
I am delighted to let you know that the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom has granted permission in my appeal against Stonewall.
The overwhelming majority of applications for permission are refused. After years of being told that my case against Stonewall had no wider significance, the highest court in the land has now determined that the issues raised warrant full consideration.
Sealed UKSC Grant of Permission.
I will, of course, keep you updated on any important developments, including when a hearing date is fixed.
The wheels of justice turn slowly, but grind exceedingly fine.
All best wishes
Allison Bailey
