Update #7 – Preliminary Hearing 12th October 2021

We had a successful administrative hearing in my Tribunal claim against Stonewall and Garden Court on Tuesday 12 October.  A number of case management issues were dealt with, the main one being that I have been given permission to pursue my claim as direct discrimination on the basis of my gender critical beliefs, as well as the existing grounds of indirect discrimination and victimisation.  The trial is still on track to commence on 25 April 2022.  I will provide a more detailed update in due course.
