My case is likely to have far reaching consequences. Stonewall will be held accountable for its behaviour for the first time in a court of law. The trial date is 25 April – 23 May 2022. Be part of it, if you can. There really is no contribution that is too small.

About donating
All of the donations made via this crowdfund are by way of gift. All of the monies raised via this crowdfund, less bank charges and processing fees, will be used to pay my legal fees in respect of my legal action in the Employment Tribunal against Stonewall Diversity Limited, Garden Court Chambers and any other Respondent added to this lawsuit on the advice of my solicitor.
All of the funds raised will be used exclusively to cover my legal fees for this case only (and any appeals that may be necessary). If, however, at the conclusion of this case, there are excess funds remaining, I will divide those funds equally between the gender critical crowdfunders active at the time, with anything left over going to Samaritans, a charity registered in England and Wales.
I will not keep any of the funds raised.

Please note: Although I am a barrister, I am a criminal defence lawyer, working predominantly in cases funded from legal aid. I am not a discrimination lawyer, with expertise in Employment Tribunal cases. Discrimination law is a complex area of law and therefore I need to instruct specialists in the field. I have instructed experts in this area of law: solicitors and Queen’s Counsel with junior counsel. This incurs significant costs, which I need to meet. I need your help to do this.
